Many vision and paramedical service providers can bill us directly through the TELUS Health eClaims network. That means less paperwork, fewer claim submissions and lower upfront costs for you. Ask your provider if they offer direct billing at your next appointment. You can also encourage them to visit telushealth.co/eclaims to learn more and sign up.

All Equitable group benefits plan members have free access to RxFood, Canada’s first clinically validated mobile nutrition platform. Using the RxFood app, you can track your meals by taking a photo, using text-to-speech or typing the ingredients. After a few days of tracking, you’ll receive personalized nutrition insights.

Now, you can also use the platform to connect with RxFood registered dietitians, who can help you build healthier eating habits and work toward your nutrition goals.

Please note: There is a cost for dietitian appointments. Depending on your coverage, you may be eligible to claim the cost through your benefits plan or health care spending account (HCSA).
